Must-haves
- We are seeking a strategic project leader, not a traditional program manager. Strong candidates should demonstrate:
- Leadership of large-scale, complex enterprise programs or portfolios, including application development initiatives from concept through launch and stabilization
- Executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority
- Strong stakeholder management across business, technology, operations, and vendor organizations
- Strategic thinking, including governance, prioritization, roadmap development, and organizational change leadership
- Financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and business case development
- Expertise in risk, issue, dependency, and change management
- A track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through transformational initiatives
- Consulting experience (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, etc.)
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
