Principal Project Manager - New Model

Role:

The New Model Cost Project Lead manages new model projects, including BEV, from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and achievement of cost and investment targets. They lead procurement teams, design project plans, and communicate across departments to support BOM maturation, cost reporting, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities:

Oversee full project management for new models, identify and resolve development issues, communicate cost estimates, prepare presentations for management, review cost structures, and lead negotiations to meet project targets. Develop and manage budgets, evaluate progress, and report on performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Purchasing, with 8+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge of BOM, GML system, and GSR policies is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills are essential.
