Principal Program ManagerOdyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Program Manager to support the C3C/Kessel Run (KR) Division, which is within the USAF C3BM Directorate.This is a full-time position that can be worked out of Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA, or Langley AFB, VA.ResponsibilitiesDuties include, but not limited to:Support program managers and platform acquisition leads in planning and execution of acquisition actionsAdvise and assist Govt PMs in developing and executing integrated acquisition strategies.Analyze program roadmaps, team structures, and ADCP products/services and translate into contract requirements documentation (e.g., PWS, SOW, Service Level Agreements)Assist Govt PMs in developing acquisition strategies and obtaining ASP approval.Support RFP development and source selections as required.Analyze program budgets and support development of cost estimates.Support post-award kickoffs and program execution.Analyze and update spend plansAssist Govt PMs in managing acquisition team operationsAssist Govt PMs in responding to taskers and external reporting requirements.In collaboration with ADCP's designated PEG scheduler, develop and maintain both pre contract award and post-award (program execution) schedulesPair with Govt PMs to support them in developing higher-level acquisition and contract management skillsQualifications/experience desired of ideal candidate (presuming LCAT quals are met)Demonstrated leadership Prior experience as a Mil/Civ program manager at the Integrated Product Team level or higher.
