Principal Product Manager, Adobe Express Developer PlatformAdobe Express is one of Adobe's most high-profile growth products. Creative tools are increasingly consumed through AI agents, automation platforms, and developer ecosystems rather than standalone applications. We are hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead the Adobe Express developer platform, including APIs and MCP integrations. You will define how enterprises, developers, and a growing base of power users access Express capabilities inside their own products, workflows, automation tools, and AI experiences.

You will lead the evolution of the Express API platform across pricing, onboarding, access, monetization, and developer experience. You will also help define how Adobe Express evolves into a programmable creative and productivity platform.What You'll DoDefine the strategy for Adobe Express APIs, MCP, and enterprise integrationsDrive adoption and evolution of the Express API platformSupport developers and enterprises building custom creative workflows, agents, and automation infrastructure with ExpressPartner with customers and developers on authentication, onboarding, governance, and integration patternsWork across engineering, GTM, design, and developer experience teams to deliver APIs and tooling that are reliable and easy to adoptAlign with PMs leading assistant and chat integrations on shared capabilities and platform directionUse customer and adoption insights to guide roadmap priorities and investment decisionsInfluence the future of Adobe's developer ecosystem across automation and AI experiencesWhat You'll Need To Succeed8+ years of product management experience building APIs, developer tools, platforms, or enterprise SaaS productsExperience defining monetization, packaging, entitlement, or usage models for infrastructure or developer-facing productsDeep familiarity with APIs, authentication, SDKs, rate limiting, automation infrastructure, and extensibility modelsYou translate complex customer requirements into scalable developer-facing products and servicesCross-functional leadership across engineering, business, design, and go-to-market organizationsUnderstanding of enterprise requirements around reliability, scalability, governance, and operational controlsClear communication across technical and non-technical audiences on platform strategy and monetization decisionsDeep curiosity about AI platforms, developer ecosystems, and emerging integration patterns, with a point of view on how products and product organizations should evolve alongside themAdobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences. The next big idea could be yours.Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
