Principal Product Manager, Ranking

Driving the strategy for search and ranking systems, the full-time Principal Product Manager will manage the technical roadmap for patient-provider matching in a remote environment, focusing on maximizing successful care relationships through advanced machine learning techniques. Key Responsibilities Set and communicate the strategy for search, retrieval, and ranking across the organization Oversee the end-to-end experimentation program, including hypothesis development and performance reporting Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to define model objectives and evaluation metrics Required Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience, particularly in search, ranking, or marketplace matching Experience shipping machine learning ranking or relevance systems to real users Ability to engage in architectural discussions with ML engineers and make informed decisions on system design Fluency in embeddings, semantic search, and LLM-powered products Strong presentation skills with experience in advocating for product strategy to executive teams
