Join a team that is crafting the future of data infrastructure and driving innovation in one of the fastest-growing technology segments!We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead DRAM product strategy and lifecycle management for data center applications.

In this role, you will translate customer needs into product requirements, influence roadmap decisions, and partner closely with engineering, marketing, and customers to deliver high-impact solutions. This is a highly visible role where your expertise will shape product direction and help drive adoption across the server ecosystem.Responsibilities:Define and drive multi-year DRAM product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle executionTranslate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and value propositionsServe as the DRAM product expert with customers and industry partnersLead demand forecasting strategy, including competitive analysis and market modelingIdentify and integrate high-value AI use cases into product planning and workflowsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience3–5 years of product management or product development experience in the semiconductor industryExperience defining technical product requirements and managing cross-functional executionStrong technical foundation in data center products or memory solutionsProven analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach; apply artificial intelligence toolsPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in engineering, product management, or related fieldExperience in market research, competitive analysis, and server ecosystem trendsFamiliarity with JAMA, JIRA, or similar tools for requirements managementStrong communication and presentation skills with customer-facing experienceDemonstrated use of AI tools to enhance product management workflowsThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$141,000.00 - $319,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
