Principal Product Manager, AI

Serving as a strategic bridge between business and technology, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager, AI will manage the AI product strategy and roadmap for customer experience, focusing on re-architecting operations to integrate generative AI effectively while ensuring governance and delivery velocity. Key responsibilities Own the AI product strategy and roadmap for customer experience, aligning it with measurable business outcomes Act as the single accountable owner for CX AI delivery decisions, consolidating fragmented initiatives under a common strategy Drive the agentic roadmap while maintaining foundational delivery commitments and ensuring successful adoption across customer-facing teams Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business, technology, or analytical discipline, or equivalent experience 10+ years of combined experience in AI or technology product management, software development, and customer-facing business functions Hands-on software or application development experience, capable of prototyping and evaluating technical approaches independently 4+ years of experience in customer experience or go-to-market functions, including marketing, sales, or customer success Demonstrated delivery of production generative AI or agentic solutions at enterprise scale with measurable improvements
