Responsibilities
- Design the Piper brain interface that drives lead understanding, planning, and transparent reasoning, including shaping Piper's personality, goals, and objection handling.
- Create Piper's live presence for chat and video where the AI acts as the sales representative, emphasizing micro-interactions, latency management, turn-taking, and tonal accuracy.
- Contribute to evolving design patterns for autonomous agents in enterprise sales.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience, including at least 2 years working with AI or conversational interfaces.
- Strong understanding of large language model behavior, including latency, streaming, confidence signals, and failure modes, with user-centered design that communicates honestly.
- Proficient with AI tooling as a core part of your workflow, not a one-off experiment.
- Strong visual and interaction design craft with a refined design sensibility.
- Ability to define problems and shape solutions even without a detailed brief.
- Collaborates directly with engineering and ML teams; no handoff culture.
