St. Anne Unit District is in search of the next great leader of St. Anne Community High School! The Principal’s primary responsibility is to build and maintain collaborative relationships with students, staff, and the community. The selected candidate will be charged with living a mission and vision focused on results, leading and managing systems of change, and improving teaching and learning. Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Illinois Professional Educator License with a General Administrative Endorsement
• Previous experience in administrative position (preferred)
• Successful completion of PERA training (teacher training required; principal training preferred)
• Multiple years of successful teaching experience
• Knowledge and understanding of best instructional practices and systemic processes
• Experience and/or understanding of working in a diverse community
• Ability to use technology for data analysis and communication
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.

Salary/Benefits

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000

In addition to Board-paid TRS contributions, this position includes a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits may include group health, vision and dental insurance, paid leave and other benefits set by the Board of Education. This is a non-bargaining unit administrative position, and the terms and conditions of employment will be established through an individual employment contract approved by the Board of Education.
