As a Principal NetSuite Consultant, the remote position will manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and service delivery while leading continuous improvement initiatives and mentoring team members. Key responsibilities Act as subject matter expert for service transition and delivery on assigned accounts Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities Train and mentor team members on technical and functional skill sets while managing multiple projects Required qualifications Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or MBA 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including configuration, implementation, and support NetSuite Certifications preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator Experience with ERP best practices and common application integrations Proven ability to manage client interactions and lead a team of consultants
