What you'll do

• Own the research roadmap for real-time inference at trading-desk latencies.
• Publish internal papers and represent Orex Nova at leading ML conferences.
• Mentor senior ML engineers across three continents.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years ML engineering, ideally with a research background (PhD or equivalent shipped experience).
• Track record of production LLM or ranking systems at scale.
• Strong PyTorch and CUDA-aware performance intuition.

• Prior work in capital markets or fraud
