PrincipalMoseley is seeking a full-time Principal to join and help lead our Justice sector in Virginia. We were recently recognized as 7th among the Top 100 Justice Facility Architecture Firms for 2025 by Building Design+Construction Media, highlighting our commitment to navigating complex environments through deliberate design choices that foster safety, efficiency, and better outcomes for all.As Principal, you will represent Moseley while engaging with local, state and federal correctional leaders and participating in conferences and events. Within this niche market, you will maintain relationships, establish new contacts, ensure high-quality project delivery and performance, and take part in strategic planning and leadership.
