Requirements
Must have:

- We require advanced mastery of Java and the Spring Boot microservices ecosystem.
- We look for extensive experience designing high-performance, cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- We require a proven track record of optimizing automated data pipelines with Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
- We seek a strong background in distributed data processing, real-time feeds, and complex event-driven architectures.
- We value a track record of full ownership for large-scale platforms with significant user growth and architectural complexity.
Responsibilities:
- We will have you lead the architectural evolution and scaling of our enterprise professional networking and campaign systems.
- We will have you integrate advanced AI development tools and LLMs into daily engineering workflows to speed up coding, testing, and system design.
- We will rely on you to guide the modernization of legacy monoliths into scalable microservices.
- We will have you architect and improve real-time data pipelines and distributed processing systems.
- We will expect you to refine data models for massive social graphs and real-time activity feeds.
- We will have you lead capacity planning and design infrastructure strategies to support substantial scale growth.
- You will own the full lifecycle of core architecture, system reliability, and performance.
