Job TitleThis person will be looking for gaps and figuring out where we can make our technical landscape better. Will be monitoring Junior Developers for technical solutioning. This role will be expected to work on numerous projects at one time.
Need someone who is passionate about switching contexts and hitting the ground running. You need to be highly organized, a strong mentor, and the ability to lead. There will be no direct reports, but you will be supporting Raj as his backup to the team if Raj is unavailable to keep projects moving forward.
This person will be expected to work with minimal direction and supervision because this is the highest technical position on the team. You will be responsible for making sure the team is following the standards, identifying if we are missing anything, and looking at the big picture and the impact standpoint for each project. Looking for someone who will be a SME for the team.
There would be an on-call rotation of one week for every 10-week rotation. Could be called at night to help fix something.
