Principal Integrated Marketer

To support a growing real estate startup, the remote Principal Integrated Marketer will partner with executive leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, drive demand generation, and establish a trusted presence across various channels. Key responsibilities Translate business priorities into a clear marketing strategy in collaboration with the executive team Drive demand generation and integrated marketing efforts, defining KPIs and reporting results Build and manage a content engine across multiple formats and asset types while experimenting with new growth marketing strategies Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on integrated marketing plans across various channels Data-driven with expertise in defining and reporting on full-funnel KPIs High creative and editorial standards, with experience managing content marketers and visual designers Startup experience with a self-starter mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity Experience in real estate or financial products is a plus, along with a willingness to understand the industry deeply
