The Infrastructure Engineer plays a critical role in supporting coffee manufacturing operations by designing, documenting, and optimizing production infrastructure across multiple facilities in North America. This role focuses on production line and plant layout design, development of detailed CAD drawings, design of key infrastructure equipment and/or management of third-party-led infrastructure engineering projects, and monitoring of utilities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing assets. This individual partners closely with operations, engineering, maintenance, and external contractors to ensure infrastructure solutions support current production needs and future growth.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related); a master's degree is a plus. This individual will also have experience creating and maintaining CAD drawings for manufacturing environments (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar), an understanding of plant utilities and infrastructure within an industrial or food & beverage manufacturing environment, experience with production line layout design and facility coordination, strong technical documentation and organizational skills, and an ability to work effectively across multiple sites and cross-functional teams. Travel: This individual will travel primarily to North American operations, up to 50% of weeks.
