  • Happen Bank is looking for a Principal Information Systems Engineer to own the strategy, architecture, and technical direction for our Windows and Mac end user computing environment. You’ll serve as the senior technical authority for device management, security, automation, and endpoint modernization, while acting as the escalation point for the most complex and high-impact issues

You’ll also mentor teammates and partner with vendors and onshore/offshore resources to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs

  • Review designs and solutions from junior team members for technical accuracy, and coach and mentor them as they grow
  • Evaluate and certify security updates, patches, and service packs before they roll out to Mac and PC clients, balancing speed with risk
  • Develop integrations with new technologies, including systems that carry real risk and visibility, and architect how new endpoints get configured and deployed
