Principal Forward Deployed Product Lead (Fully Remote)

• Working with customers on real deployments to understand post-pilot impact.
• Collaborating with partners to ensure agents reach and land in their accounts.
• Creating systematized playbooks for deployment, measurement, and scaling.

• Operate across sourcing, closing, deployments, and pricing.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in product management or equivalent, with principal-level judgment.
• Ability to simplify complex systems and bring order to messy situations.
