You will demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical business practices aligned with PSE's core values and Code of Conduct, ensuring all responsibilities are carried out in accordance with regulatory obligations and industry standards.Job ResponsibilitiesSystem Implementation & Transformation (40%)Serve as key FP&A representative during the Anaplan implementation, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured and translated into system functionalityCollaborate with IT, system integrators, and cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy budgeting solutions for both O&M and capital expendituresLead user acceptance testing and coordinate training programs for Finance and Business usersSupport S/4 HANA integration efforts to ensure seamless data flow between systemsDocument new processes, procedures, and system configurations to support go-live activitiesAnaplan Center of Excellence Leadership (25%)Develop governance frameworks, best practices, and standardized methodologies for platform usageCreate and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materialsProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Anaplan users across the organizationEvaluate and implement system enhancements, new modules, and optimization opportunitiesMonitor system performance and user adoption metricsFinancial Analysis & Planning (25%)Develop and maintain complex financial models supporting budget development and forecasting processesPerform variance analysis and provide insights on budget-to-actual performance for assigned business unitsSupport annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles with detailed analysis and recommendationsCreate executive-level presentations and dashboards to communicate financial performance and trendsConduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and capital investment decisionsPartner with business units to understand operational drivers and translate into financial impactsStrategic Support & Process Improvement (10%)Support corporate initiatives through financial modeling, business case development, and ROI analysisIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reportingCollaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and regulatory initiativesStay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in utility financeMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and/or equivalent experience with progressively increasing level of responsibility5+ years in finance roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibilityExcellent communication, writing and presentation skills with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of managementAbility to work effectively without direct supervision in a fast paced, stressful, and multitasking environmentDesired QualificationsMaster's Degree in a quantitative field or MBAPrevious experience with SAP S/4 HANA or similar ERP systemsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and create capacityAbility to adapt and react to unforeseen business decisions and situationsExperience leading and delivering projects under tight deadlines2-5 years of Anaplan Model BuildingAdditional InformationAt PSE, we value our employees and provide them with opportunities to excel. The pay range for this position is $94,300.00 - $156,900.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
