To establish the enterprise architecture practice within Enterprise Data & Architecture, the full-time remote Principal Enterprise Architect will define target-state architecture across business domains, lead technology rationalization efforts, and guide architectural decisions for regulated environments. Key responsibilities Define and evolve the target-state enterprise systems and data architecture across major business domains Lead the discovery and rationalization of function-level and shadow IT stacks, proposing a phased roadmap for a coherent enterprise landscape Design and govern architecture patterns for regulated multi-environment operations, ensuring compliance and effective data management Required qualifications 15+ years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or senior architecture roles across multiple business domains Demonstrated experience shaping enterprise technology landscapes, including applications, data platforms, and integration patterns Experience in regulated, security-sensitive environments with architectural constraints around sensitive data handling Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and architectural trade-offs in hybrid or multi-environment architectures Ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and infrastructure leaders
