yseeking a Principal Engineer – Systems Engineerin g to support complex product development programs by applying systems engineering principles throughout the product lifecycle. This role will be responsible for requirements management, system architecture, risk management, verification and validation planning, and cross-functional technical leadership to ensure successful delivery of high-quality, compliant products
.Key Responsibilitie
- sDevelop, manage, and maintain system-level requirements with full traceability throughout the product lifecycle
- .Support system architecture development, interface definition, and technical decision-making
- .Participate in risk management activities, design reviews, and change impact assessments
- .Develop and review verification and validation (V&V) strategies, test plans, and execution plans
- .Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Business stakeholders
- .Ensure technical solutions meet quality, regulatory, and business requirements
- .Support continuous improvement of systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
- .Provide technical leadership and contribute to successful product development initiatives
.Required Qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- .5–10 year s of experience in Systems Engineering, Product Development, R&D, or a related field
