Opportunity

We're seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to join their leadership team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for commercial, residential, and mixed‑use projects.
• Oversee project delivery from concept through construction.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design excellence.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Support business development and client engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience, including leadership roles.
• Expertise in steel, concrete, and wood design; proficiency with industry software.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $115,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Bonus potential based on performance.
