That is where you come in!Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid role (2 to 3 days in office)Office location: New York, NY 10007We support relocationKey ResponsibilitiesAdvise on best practices, build strong client relationships.Maintain transparency, deliver reports, and facilitate alignment.Oversee solution design, implementation, and quality assurance.Define scope, timelines, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Manage 20–25 team members, assign resources, and foster collaboration.Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues.Monitor expenses, forecast needs, and report financials.Ensure deliverables meet standards and conduct post-project evaluationsQualificationsBachelor's in business, IT, or related field.12+ years of project management experience.Strong knowledge of Agile, WaterfallPMP preferred.Proficient in tools like MS Project, Jira, Monday.com.Key CompetenciesProject Management: Risk analysis, decision-making, holistic thinking.Problem-Solving: Root cause analysis, contingency planning.Communication: Persuasive, clear, and strategic messaging.Team Leadership: Empowerment, conflict resolution, mentoring.SDLC & Process Orientation: Lifecycle understanding, process adherence, and improvement.Additional InformationSalary Range: $140K-$175K Gross (Base + bonuses) + standard Nagarro BenefitsNagarro is an equal opportunity employer.
