Must-have Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT/Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI Systems in production
• Deep expertise in LLM Application Architecture, RAG, MCP, APIs & Tool Integration
• Multi-Agent Orchestration, Autonomous Planning & Reasoning
• Persistent Memory, Workflow Execution & Agent Evaluation
• LLM Ops, Observability & Guardrails
• Strong Python & SQL skills
• Experience designing robust & scalable systems
• Technically complex Quantitative Use Cases MUST HAVE
• Experience in Financial Services / Quantitative Investing / Markets / Trading
• Strong experience with Docker & Git

Ideal Profile

• Senior/Principal-level AI Engineer with deep quantitative + financial domain experience and strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI / LLM systems .

Active PMP Certification
