Requirements
- Minimum 10-year experience in similar customer-facing role
- Proven track record of market leadership
- Technical experience in RF, DSP, or mixed-signal design
- User level understanding on firmware, API and device drivers
- Experience in customer engagement and sales management
- Negotiation skills to support multiple market segment and management stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of mixed-signal signal chains and radio systems is desired
- A working understanding of signal‑conversion technologies (ADC/DAC) and DSP will be helpful
- Experience and knowledge in software‑defined radio systems or cellular connectivity technology will be a plus
