Raytheon's Land & Shipboard Effector Guidance Systems (LSEGS) Department is responsible for the delivery of affordable and innovative electrical products. Accountable for program execution including cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle. Providing resources to drive development and sustainment activities of our Land and Naval based electrical products.
As the Land & Shipboard Effector Guidance Systems Lead, you will provide both technical guidance and supervision in meeting project commitments. In this role you will work with Raytheon factories and suppliers to deliver data-based evidence to ensure proper decision-making for the direction of the program related to electrical design and production.
What You Will Do
* Performance management and career development activities
* Support hiring efforts (resume reviews, interviews, etc.)
* Oversee the direct line management activities for the section including communication, performance management, career development, and talent acquisition
* Collaborate and communicate with other sections and teams
* Support department and directorate level initiatives
* Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures
* Oversight of personnel issue resolution
* Manage employee timecards
* Adhere to and ensure alignment to Raytheon Technologies Values and Behaviors
* Work as a technical lead or individual contributor; Section Leader duties
