Principal Electrical Engineer – Production & Sustainment (EW Systems)

Electrical Engineer PrincipalBAE Systems - Continued Engineering Support is seeking an Electrical Engineer Principal to integrate and produce EW Programs. The individual selected for this position will be a demonstrated "hands-on" electrical engineer. The individual will lead projects in hardware design, software development, integration/test, and delivery for all of the EW products supported by BAE Systems. This will include Digital Modules, Analog Modules, RF Modules, Optical Modules, Power Supplies, Backplanes, and Test Equipment. The individual must be a self-starter with development experience working with integrated military avionics/electronic hardware and supporting test equipment. The candidate should have advanced troubleshooting experience with LT Spice, ADS, MATLAB, Cadence, Circuit Card Assemblies, subsystems, COTS components.

Experience with Failure Analysis, Lab Windows CVI, and Test Stand are a plus. The candidate should have a multi-disciplinary design background: Digital, Analog, RF, Microwave, Optical, Power Supply, backplane, or Test Equipment. The candidate should have a strong desire to increase their knowledge in each of these technical areas. In this role, you will have a chance to grow your technical and leadership skills as you support the integration, continued production, and sustainment of various circuit card assemblies, and subsystems.
