nDetailed Design and Implementation:

n-Leads high-impact initiatives from concept to
nproduction, leveraging advanced modeling, simulation, and design analysis to
npush the boundaries of electrical systems.
n-Provides expert consultation in system-wide
ndesign reviews, setting guidelines for Computer-Aided Design (CAD) integration
nand board layout to ensure optimized performance, manufacturability, and
ncost-effectiveness.
n-Addresses escalations for highly complex
ncomponent issues, driving strategic decisions on quality, compliance, and
nintegration to mitigate risks and ensure seamless deployment.

nacross firmware, software, and diagnostics teams.
nTesting, Validation, and Debugging:

non compliance risks and opportunities, drives the early integration of
nregulatory requirements into hardware architecture, and establishes frameworks
nfor rigorous, scalable pre-compliance testing and certification readiness.
n-Leads organizational readiness for regulatory
nchange by interpreting emerging global standards, influencing internal design
nand documentation practices, and developing enterprise-wide best practices that
nensure compliance is embedded as a core product development capability.

nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $146,300 to $306,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
