To support a large, multi-year IT services program for a government client, the full-time Principal Data Lead will execute data strategy, manage data governance and quality standards, and coordinate data-domain activities in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead the execution of the program's data strategy aligned with government mission priorities and operational requirements Establish and continuously improve the program's data supply chain approach, including data sourcing, ingestion, and quality validation Oversee trusted-data promotion governance to ensure data sets and analytics assets meet defined quality and usability standards Required qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior data leadership role on a federal IT services program Deep expertise in enterprise data strategy, governance, and management Experience leading data supply chain design and execution Strong understanding of modern data architectures and platforms Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; MBA or Master's Degree preferred
