The successful candidate will be collaborative, open, transparent, and team-oriented with a focus on team empowerment & shared responsibility, flexibility, continuous learning, and a culture of automation.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.

Come be a part of our mission.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; 3 years of related experience with a Master's degree; 0 years of related experience with a PhD; an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degreeExperience in higher level programming languages such as Java, Python, C++Experience in object-oriented design and developmentMust possess Active TS Clearance to start, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI and SAP accessesPreferred Qualifications:Cyber certification such as a Security+ or CISSPCurrent Top Secret/SCI Security ClearanceExperience managing and directing efforts following an Agile and DevSecOps process modelExpertise with containerized software systems in accordance with DoD DevSecOps Reference DesignExcellent communication (written and oral), negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skillsProven collaboration with program managers and customer representatives to meet program objectivesAbility to negotiate challenging program requirements, strategies, and conflicting constraints among a large and diverse group of program stakeholdersExpertise with Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) and related tools such as DOORS and CameoKnowledge of Cyber Security Engineering practices, network technologies, DoD system development life cycles and methodologies, and insight into information technology infrastructure management/monitoring and applicationsProven success analyzing, estimating, and implementing solutions to complex problems spanning multiple engineering disciplinesSalary Range: $109,900.00 - $164,900.00Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
