Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Midtown NYC. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on both retained and contingent recruitment assignments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate investment, development, or construction recruitment and is ready to grow within a performance-driven firm that values trust, accountability, and lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver full-cycle recruitment for retained and contingent mandates across real estate development, investment, asset management, and construction roles.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, with access to an existing book of business across multiple U.S. markets.
• Conduct strategic outreach, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection with a focus on mid to senior-level positions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine search strategies and expand market share.
• Leverage market intelligence to advise clients on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and organizational design.
• Work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a 360-recruitment role. Knowledge of the real estate investment, development, or construction market would be ideal.
• Demonstrated success placing mid-to-senior-level professionals and a passion for both new business and account management.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead searches from pitch to placement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Driven, ethical, and relationship-oriented, with a long-term client mindset.
• Based in or willing to commute to Midtown NYC; hybrid schedule (4 days in-office, 1 remote).

Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Dental + Medical + Vision + 401k + PTO.
