Principal Consultant, Rehabilitation - Oracle Health

Role

Principal Consultant – Oracle Health Millennium/ Cerner Solutions for Federal agencies (Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, Indian Health Service). The consultant designs, configures, activates and supports implementations that shape electronic health record systems for active‑duty service members, beneficiaries, veterans, American Indians and Alaska Natives.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent, high‑quality work products for engagements.
• Perform varied and complex tasks requiring independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technologies.
• Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures and industry leading practices.
• Deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex projects.
• Act as team lead on projects when appropriate.
• Consult with customer management and client organizations.
• Participate in business‑development activities.
• Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in Oracle Health Millennium/Cerner products with emphasis on rehabilitation practice.
• Proficiency in designing, building and maintaining rehabilitation clinical documentation using build tools such as PowerForms/DCPTools, MPages/Bedrock, Event Set Hierarchy, and CPOE/PowerOrders.
• Familiarity with Oracle Health/Cerner consulting project methodology from current‑state review through go‑live and health check.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Required to be a U.S. citizen.

Salary

USD $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
