Provide an external view/perspective on the implementation aspects of a DSE like platform for enabling a data driven organization.
Collaborate with R&D stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the ecosystem effectively addresses them. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of the data science ecosystem on R&D productivity and efficiency. Clearly communicate the vision and business value of the data science ecosystem to R&D stakeholders.
