To support compensation strategies across various business units, the full-time remote Principal Compensation Analyst will design and implement compensation programs, conduct market analyses, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance talent attraction and retention. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain advanced compensation programs, managing the analytical workstream for annual compensation review cycles Independently lead scenario-based analysis and develop financial models to assess compensation changes and market adjustments Translate complex quantitative data into clear narratives and presentations for decision-making at all levels Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, economics, business administration, or a related field required 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or a closely related analytical role Expert-level Microsoft Excel proficiency required Demonstrated confidence in presenting executive summaries to HR and senior management teams Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
