What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of CAD and Design Automation engineers
- Drive the strategy and execution of advanced EDA flows and methodologies
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Design, Verification, Physical Design, and IT
- Develop scalable automation solutions that improve design efficiency and quality
- Influence the future of semiconductor design through technical and organizational leadership
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in CAD, EDA, or Design Automation environments
- Strong understanding of semiconductor design flows and EDA tool ecosystems
- Expertise in RTL-to-GDS methodologies and engineering automation
- Strong scripting and programming skills (Python, Tcl, Perl, Shell, etc.)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team‑building capabilities
