Leading the evaluation of business processes and systems, the full-time remote Principal Technical Business Systems Analyst will identify and implement advanced solutions to improve organizational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into technology solutions. Key responsibilities Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather and document business requirements for software development projects Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of project requirements Required qualifications 10+ years of relevant work experience as a Lead Business Systems Analyst Proficiency in SQL, Toad, MS Access, Excel, and/or SharePoint Strong knowledge of Agile development methodology, including experience with Jira and Confluence Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement Bachelor's degree in a related field
