Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving strategic process transformation initiatives across business units.
• Applies deep expertise in process improvement methodologies to solve complex business challenges and align process design with enterprise goals.
• Leads high-impact projects, advises senior leadership, and champions a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business process improvement or business analysis.
• Subject matter expert within the area of specialization with understanding of interrelationships of different disciplines.
• Significant experience in enterprise process design and transformation.
• Significant experience in process automation tools and technologies.
• Advanced experience in benchmarking and competitive analysis.
• Advanced experience in business case development and ROI modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of strategic alignment of process initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of governance and compliance in process management.
• Advanced knowledge of process maturity models and capability frameworks.
• Advanced skill in senior-level advising and strategic influence.
• Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Advanced research and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
• Related optimization certification.
• Master’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience (desired).
• Lean Six Sigma certification, Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), or Certified Lean Practitioner (desired).
