- Documenting, monitoring and controlling critical process points as defined by business policies and standards
- Educating and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution
- Leading or engaging in critical departmental or cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects
- Effectively communicating and influencing partners across multiple functional areas
- Identifying opportunities to streamline, automate and enhance data management practices
- Developing and maintaining formal process documentation
- Analyzing data and influencing others to identify risks and trends
- Consulting on well-managed processes and risk management for new intent
- Collecting data to provide transparency to senior leadership on process health
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of Process or Risk Management experience
- At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- At least 4+ years of Process Management experience (preferred)
- At least 1+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
- At least 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams (preferred)
- Process Management training and certifications (Lean, Six Sigma) (preferred)
