Overview
Location: Hybrid preferred in Dallas TX (team of 6 based there); remote considered for exceptional candidates
Role Overview: Lead enterprise-wide modernization and transformation efforts within Solution Engineering & Automation team. Architects will work across multiple initiatives involving adjudication, eligibility, client experience, and government services. They will modernize legacy systems to cloud-native microservices, interface with executive leadership, and act as connectors between business and technology.
Key Candidate Requirements
- Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Experience in adjudication, eligibility, and related healthcare areas
- Cloud Expertise: Preferably GCP (strategic platform), with Azure or AWS also acceptable
- Development Experience: Strong coding background (Java/.NET agnostic), hands-on with infrastructure automation
- Architecture: Proven experience modernizing monoliths to microservices; deep knowledge of domain-driven design and patterns
- Front-End: Angular 16+ preferred (flexible)
- Multi-Platform Design: Comfortable supporting legacy and new platforms
- Automation: Experience designing automation frameworks; familiarity with RPA tools a plus
- AI/Gen AI: Foundational knowledge and realistic experience preferred
- Data: Experience with SQL/NoSQL and cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery)
- Soft Skills: Strong executive presence, effective communication, adaptability
- Focus on modernization, compliance, and transformational initiatives in PBM platforms
- Collaborative and high-impact environment requiring cross-functional leadership
