To validate the scalability of a real-time agent guidance platform, the remote contract Principal AI Systems Architect will conduct an architecture review and readiness assessment, focusing on production-scale performance and deployment strategies over a 3-6 month engagement. Key responsibilities Conduct architecture and scalability assessments for a real-time agent guidance platform Evaluate latency and streaming ASR performance to ensure production readiness Provide executive-ready findings and recommendations based on assessment outcomes Required qualifications Experience with production-scale Agent Assist, Agent Guidance, Speech AI, or Live Transcription platforms Proficiency in streaming ASR and low-latency architectures Expertise in real-time processing of concurrent audio streams Experience deploying software in managed enterprise or outsourced desktop environments Ability to deliver executive-ready findings and recommendations
