Genesys seeks an experienced Principal/Enterprise Solutions Consultant to drive AI-powered customer experience initiatives for large enterprises. You’ll partner with leaders, architects, and technical teams to translate complex challenges into tangible, measurable value using Genesys Cloud.
You will support 2–3 Account Executives, lead AI proof-of-concept programs, and influence platform strategy and cross-functional leadership across sales, product, and services.
