Seeking a full-time remote Principal AI Software Engineer who will leverage AI agents to independently manage product initiatives from requirements to production-ready software while collaborating closely with Product and Design teams. Key responsibilities Partner with Product and Design to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans Build and own products end-to-end, managing technical execution and ongoing improvements post-launch Operate an AI-native development environment, utilizing Claude Code to orchestrate multiple agents and automate the product development lifecycle Required qualifications 8+ years of professional software development experience at a Staff or Principal engineering level Expert-level experience with Claude Code, demonstrating substantial product development capabilities Production experience with TypeScript/Node.js and MongoDB, along with relational databases Hands-on experience deploying software in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical plans and maintain high engineering quality
