Zscaler is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to design and scale the Customer Success AI platform, building reusable services and orchestration for multiple AI products. This role reports to the Director, Customer Success Intelligence & Automation and requires leadership across engineering teams.
You will advance enterprise-grade AI, address latency and cost, and collaborate with product, security, data, and IT to shape the platform roadmap for a global customer base.
