Responsibilities
- Develop tailored user experiences using advanced LLMs and predictive analysis
- Collaborate on ML solutions across Workday’s product ecosystem
- Enable training, deployment, and management of various ML models
- Develop and deploy new products at scale
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or software development
- 4+ years in machine learning and deep learning frameworks like Pytorch, TensorFlow
- 6+ years in building ML models in production at scale
- 3+ years with large language models (LLMs) or graph neural networks
- 6+ years with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP)
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience in ML Engineering teams
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or math (Master’s or PhD preferred)
