School Director – responsible for the overall success of the school, creating a safe, healthy environment, and fostering a culture where children and team members thrive.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a high‑quality culture for families and staff, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional environment aligned with Primrose values.
- Collaborate strategically with the onsite franchisee owner to uphold brand standards and elevate the school experience.
- Consistently uphold all Primrose Schools brand standards, delivering a high‑quality, premium experience in every classroom interaction.
- Create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment for all children.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with children, parents, and staff to build trust and a strong community.
- Support each child’s individual learning needs while fostering social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Actively participate in ongoing professional development to continuously elevate teaching quality.
