Primary Therapist
Valeo Resources has partnered with a new substance use treatment facility set to open at the end of Q2 2025! We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Primary Therapist to join the team in Malvern, Pennsylvania! In this role, you will be providing therapy to adults suffering from substance use and co-occurring disorders. This is a direct hire, W-2 position with benefits.
Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania
Schedule: M-F, day shifts
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
- Utilize evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, MI, etc.) in treatment delivery
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and monitor progress
- Support clients in developing relapse prevention strategies and healthy life skills
Requirements:
- Independently licensed in state of Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, etc.)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a substance use treatment setting required
- Must be comfortable with start-up environment
