Primary Segment Manager

To support the needs of Australian Primary Teachers, the contract-based Primary Segment Manager will develop and own the segment strategy, gather insights from educators, and guide content creation while working remotely for 37.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Develop and own the Primary Teacher segment strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention Gather qualitative and quantitative insights to represent teacher needs in strategic decision-making Identify curriculum coverage gaps and emerging classroom trends to guide resource creation Required Qualifications Significant experience within the Australian Primary education sector Strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum (v9.0) and state/territory syllabus requirements Proven ability to translate customer insight into strategic action Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership skills A genuine passion for improving outcomes and experiences for Australian Primary Teachers
