Primary Care RN: Patient-Centered Care, Wellness Education

Aptive Resources is seeking a skilled Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive healthcare services at the Atlanta VA Medical Center in Decatur, GA. You will work with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care focusing on prevention, wellness, and disease management.
