Primary Care PMHNP — Impactful Psychiatric NP (LA)

Rkmcare in Clinton, LA is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join an ambulatory primary care team. This Full Time role focuses on delivering behavioral health services within a community health setting.

You will assess and manage mental health conditions, order diagnostics, develop treatment plans, provide pharmacologic management, and collaborate with the care team to coordinate referrals and follow-up. A Louisiana license and PMHNP certification are required.
