This opportunity offers an established patient base and referral network within one of the fastest-growing areas in the United States. Physicians will practice value-based medicine in an outpatient-only setting, supported by comprehensive ancillary services and physician-led leadership.

- Established patient base and strong referral network across AdventHealth
- Well-established multispecialty provider group (75 years) with 125+ employed providers in the area
- Value-Based Medicine practice model, panel 30-40%, rest FFS patients
- Outpatient/Clinic only, no inpatient rounding
- All-in-One Ancillary Services built around primary care: lab, imaging, CT scan, MRI, pharmacy, therapy, specialty
